People often think real estate is about numbers, timing, and negotiations. And while those things matter, they are only the framework. The heart of this work is something much deeper.
When I walk into a home, it feels like a gift every single time.
I notice the details—the décor carefully chosen over the years, the photographs that line the walls, the bedrooms that tell quiet stories, and the signs of families who gather there. In our seasonal market, these homes often represent something even more special. They are places where families step away from the pace of everyday life, where vacations are spent together, traditions are formed, and memories are made outside of the ordinary routines.
Each home reflects the life lived within it.
As we sit together discussing strategy—pricing, timing, and next steps—I find myself learning so much more than just square footage and market value. I learn where people have come from, where they are going, and what this next stage of life represents for them. Sometimes it’s excitement and expansion. Sometimes it’s change, loss, or the closing of a meaningful chapter. Often, it’s a combination of all of it.
Love, loss, success, hope—it’s all there, laid gently on the table.
Being invited into these moments is a privilege I never take lightly. This work requires more than expertise; it requires presence, empathy, and respect for the stories that unfold in front of me. Selling a home isn’t just about letting go of a property—it’s about honoring what it has been, while thoughtfully preparing for what comes next.
