About Jacob Woltz

I was born and raised on my family’s farm in Roanoke, Virginia, while also spending significant time in Key West, Florida, and Aspen, Colorado. Growing up between these distinct and desirable markets gave me an early appreciation for exceptional locations, refined living, and the unique character that makes a property truly feel like home.

Real estate has always been a part of my life. With both of my parents established in the industry, I was exposed to the business from my earliest days. I grew up observing negotiations, strategy, and the importance of discretion, trust, and long-term relationships. Those early experiences shaped my understanding of real estate as both an art and a discipline, long before it became my profession.

I am naturally people-focused and pride myself on building meaningful, lasting relationships. I believe exceptional service comes from listening closely, understanding individual goals, and delivering results with professionalism and integrity.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy an active, outdoor lifestyle and the experiences that come with it. I play guitar and enjoy live music, spend time fishing and hunting large game, and stay active through pickleball, lacrosse, and golf. Whether on the water, the course, or in the mountains, I value environments that inspire connection, balance, and quality of life—the same elements I help my clients seek in every transaction.
