About Carol Emerson Hartmann

A warm welcome - I look forward to meeting you! I'm an interior design enthusiast with a passion for travel, a love for home and a life well-lived alongside William and our two Labrador retrievers, Hachi and Aspen. My favorite place to be is in my kitchen cooking up Vietnamese comfort food for my friends and family. Born in Vietnam, I grew up on a sprawling farm in North Dakota along the Red River bordering Minnesota which truly fostered my love for animals and quiet living.

Equal parts creative and strategic, I strive to bring an avant-garde, curated approach to every client experience. Prior to obtaining my real estate license in 2019, I spent the majority of my career in commercial development. I initially entered the residential construction and design field in 1997 acquiring valuable experience working under the mentorship of a luxury custom home builder in Gainesville, Florida, where our kitchen collaboration earned us a Parade of Homes award for innovative design. I relocated to Orlando two years later where I stepped into the corporate hospitality arena as a consultant at the Walt Disney Company first with Disney Imagineering followed by The Disney Institute. In 2000 I joined the vacation ownership division under Marriott Vacations Worldwide and The Ritz-Carlton Development Company where I worked extensively on countless landmark projects including Las Vegas Grand Chateau, Playa Andaluza on Costa del Sol, Spain, Village D’lle de France at Disneyland Paris and 47 Park Street London. Following fourteen years in hotel and resort development, I relocated to Minneapolis to be a part of the team hand-selected nationwide for construction of U.S. Bank Stadium, home of the Minnesota Vikings, and served as their designated representative during project design and development meetings as well as a delegate for recruiting efforts, safety training, charity events and community outreach. In addition to my undergraduate degree, I hold a certificate in project management from Florida Gulf Coast University as well as my OSHA 30 card.

I relocated to southwest Florida in 2016 and enjoy taking advantage of all this area has to offer. From quaint, historic downtown vibes in Naples, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers to unrivaled ocean views of the beautiful Gulf, there's an abundance of reasons why living here feels like a permanent vacation!
