Angela Lutzi Dellatorè — Where Expertise Meets Heart

Having moved over a dozen times during my childhood, I learned early to find things to love about each new place — to make it feel like mine, to make it feel like home. What began as necessity became a lifelong passion: discovering what makes each space special and helping others feel truly connected to where they live.

That love of place led me first to earn a design degree from Pratt Institute in New York City, where I developed a deep appreciation for architecture, aesthetics, and the way good design can transform how we live. After working as a designer, I realized what I missed most was people — hearing their stories, understanding their motivations, and helping them through change. So I returned to school, earned a degree in psychology, and became a counselor. Those years taught me the beauty of human resilience, empathy, and the power of genuine connection — lessons that continue to shape my work every single day.

When my husband and I discovered Southwest Florida a decade ago, we fell instantly in love with Bonita Springs. It felt like coming home — sun, sea, and community all in perfect harmony. We decided to follow our shared passion and turn it into our full-time purpose: real estate. What began as a part-time pursuit quickly blossomed into The Dellatorè Real Estate Company, a boutique firm that has grown from just the two of us to a full-service team of eleven, including our son, daughter, and several incredible agents who share our vision of integrity and personalized care.

Since 2017, I’ve been honored to be recognized as one of Bonita Springs’ top-performing agents — consistently ranking among the Top 25 in all of Southwest Florida by sales volume. As a proud Bonita Bay resident, I specialize in luxury, waterfront, and seasonal properties across Bonita Springs and Naples.

My approach blends design expertise, psychological insight, and a heartfelt understanding of what “home” really means. I believe buying or selling a home should feel like a partnership built on trust, communication, and care.
